Telecosse specialise in the provision, installation , testing and repair of a wide range of fibre optic installations, from internal multi-mode fibre optic backbones connecting servers and SAN's , to external grade single-mode fibre optic cabling as used by utility companies, power generation, renewable energy systems, wind turbine farms, water, gas etc.

Telecosse have extensive experience in meeting the needs of utility companies, including fibre optic termination and testing, SCADA system hook-ups including ELSPEC, CMS condition monitoring systems and PLC's at industrial plants, open cast mines and onshore windfarms across Scotland. Recent projects include fibre optic upgrades for Centrica Energy within Siemens 1.3 MW wind turbines (completion May 2011).

Telecosse can provide engineers equipped with the latest fibre optic fusion splicing and optical fibre OTDR test equipment on a short term emergency repair basis, or subcontract to major construction companies and main contractors. External works teams are equipped with 4 x 4 transport and independant power generation so that installations can be conducted in remore locations such as hilltop radiocommunications sites, wind turbine farms, telemetry stations, water treatment works etc.

External groundworks and civils can also be arranged meaning our clients benefit from a single source contract.
